Recipe 

Ingredients needed:

1 cup of green peas 

1 medium sized onion 

2 pounds of goat qeema

4 tablespoon of oil

1 black cardamon

whole black pepper

2 or 3 cinnamon sticks 

2 or 3 bay leaves

few cloves

few green chilies

2 tomato

2 tablespoon of red chili powder 

2  teaspoon of salt (according to the taste) 

1 teaspoon of cumin seed powder

1 teaspoon of coriander powder 

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

2 table spoon of ginger paste

2 tablespoon of garlic paste

2 tablespoon of national and/ or shan qeema masala 

2 tablespoon of dry fenugreek leaves 

 

Recipe: 

1) take a pan 

2) add the 4 tablespoons of oil 

3) add 1 medium sized sliced onion

4) when onion turns golden brown, add 2 pounds of goat qeema

5) add the rest of the above ingredients, mix all of them together one by one.

6) cover the pan and and cook for 15 minutes.

7) once ready, serve with naan or anything you want!
